Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund if product i All items should be shipped back in its original package how it was sent out. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and you received an incorrect item.

Defective items may be returned within 2 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Upload a picture and video and explanation of the defectives matter to info@vapepooh.com. Our warranty policy does not cover items damaged by misuse or improper care.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect product is sent by error by VapePooh.com.

Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue store credit or replacement depending on product availability. VapePooh.com reserves the right to issue store credit if a replacement device is unavailable.


Returns must include everything that came with the product. This includes starter kits and bundles of products. We must also have the original packaging returned to us.


All returns are subject to case-by-case exceptions. Please get in touch with us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from VapePooh.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Sale/Clearance Items: All on sale tag are clearance items are sold as is without a warranty and are not returnable or refundable. We do not accept returns or refunds for customer dissatisfaction with products or flavors. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please be advised that we do not ship to forwarding, Import and Transport, Logistic Companies, or PO Boxes. We prioritize delivering directly to our customers to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process.

Additionally, in certain circumstances, we may require evidence of address and identification to verify both age and address. This measure is in place to comply with legal regulations and to maintain the safety and integrity of our products.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
